Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions set out below are applicable to all commercial transactions that take place via the 3dpg.gr website, starting from 6 of June 2015.

These Terms & Conditions regulate any transactions between customers that place orders via the 3dpg.gr website and the vendor, which is the Greek Company ADDinvent3D P.C. under its 3DPG(3D Printers Greece) and ADDinvent3D brands and owner of the website.

These conditions apply to all customers, regardless of which country the order is placed in, and are always applicable except where cancellation has taken place prior to the order being sent. Cancellation can be requested by sending an email to sales@3dpg.gr.

The General Conditions may be modified from time to time. Customers are therefore advised to read them every time a new purchase is made. The new terms will be applicable from the moment they are published on the internet.

When the customer places the order must accept these Terms & Conditions by clicking the apropriate check box next on the Complete Checkout button. Failing to read them does not constitute exemption of the responsibilities set out herein.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, via the 3dpg.gr website. To place an order, customers are not obliged to create an account, but it is recommended in order to take advantage of the related benefits. Customers must enter the following details for security purposes and in order to create an account:

  • First name and surname.
  • A customer contact telephone number.
  • A physical delivery address.
  • An email address to confirm the order.

Once the order has been placed, it will not be confirmed until payment has been completed. Once completed, the client will receive a verification email in which he must verify that the provided information is correct.

These measures are necessary to avoid possible bank fraud and look out for their security, as well as avoiding possible mistakes in the order shipment.

Orders placed before 16:00 will be processed during that same day. For orders placed after 16:00, the order will be processed the following business day.

Any surcharges that arise from the way of payment selected like bank fees/charges for deposits(bank to bank transactions), credit card fees/charges from paying with credit cards or PayPal fees/charges burden the buyer and sould be taken into account when the payment is made.

ADDinvent3D P.C. does not provide a interest free payment plan. If a payment plan is requsted by the customer ADDinvent3D P.C. will negotiate with the bank in order to provide such a plan(for residents of Greece and countrys that ADDinvent3D P.C. holds an account only).

Products may be listed on the website which are not immediately available. Such products can be backorderd by the customer and shiped when they are available. For such orders ADDinvent3D P.C. is responcible to notify the customer about the possible delivery date. All orders containing products that are not available in our warehouse will be processed after the customer agrees on the delivery time and the payment has completed

The product data sheets on the 3dpg.gr website include images. However, only the image of the product itself will be considered as contractually binding. Any accessories or props in the photos are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the final presentation of item.

ADDinvet3D manufactures or designs or assembles all of the products that carry its brand name and produces information on their applications, use and physical dimensions, as well as other data. As the manufacturer, it can thus confirm the validity and accuracy of the information. Sub components of ADDinvent3D’s products may or may not be manufactured by others.

 

Prices

Prices are displayed in euros and are inclusive of VAT . The costs of the delivery service will be charged to the customer and added to the total amount for the products selected. The final price (the sales total and the cost of the delivery service) will be displayed before confirming and finalising the order process.

The advertised specifications and prices may occasionally contain computer or human errors. On these rare occasions, ADDinvent3D will detect any incorrect prices during the order verification process. If the correct price is higher than the price advertised in the store, ADDinvent3D will advise the customer of the said difference and will offer them the option to continue with their purchase at the correct price, or to cancel the order. If the correct price is lower than the advertised price, it will simply charge the lower price, return the diffrence if the payment was made, and proceed to deliver the product.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

The 3dpg.gr website for individual customers. Consequently, any order placed via this website must pay VAT (Value Added Tax) in compliance with the provisions of European legislation. Companies with Community Tax Identification Numbers that require invoices without VAT must contact sales@3dpg.gr directly to place their orders.

 

Payment methods and invoicing

There are three ways of paying for local and international orders :

  • credit or debit card,
  • wire transfer or PayPal,
  • cash on delivery for local orders only (for orders not exeeding 499 euro). Once the customer’s bank or other financial organisation has confirmed the payment, the order will be processed.

ADDinvent3D does not process, keep or store credicard information. If credit/debit card is selected as a payment method, the customer is redirected to Alpha Bank’s secure website to complete the order.

ADDinvent3D reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons if there is any suspicion of fraudulent operations.

ADDinvent3D issues an electronic invoice and will issue a physical invoice if the customer requests it.

 

Delivery and Shipping

All merchendice beeing sent travel on account and responcibility of the buyer, after delivery of the merchendise to the courier service ADDinvent3d P.C. holds no responcibility on the delivered goods.

Estimated shipping time is defined as the time it takes to deliver the merchendice to the courier/shipping company. Any additional delays burden the courier/shipping company and not ADDinvent3D P.C.

Products purchased from 3dpg.gr website will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information, such as the street name, postcode, city and a valid phone number. 3dpg.gr will not be held liable under any circumstances for any delivery delays or extra charges due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 

Warranty

All products sold by 3dpg.gr are covered by the official manufacturer’s official warranty which covers possible manufacturing defects during the warranty period stated by the european law.

3D Printer Kits

ADDinvent3D P.C. guarantees all mechanical and electrical components supplied with kits (or ordered as single components) for 30 days after delivery.  If you have received a kit with faulty/defective/missing parts, please contact us by e-mail at support@3dpg.gr inside of this 30 day window.  If a component is found to be defective, ADDinvent3D P.C. will provide a replacement part (or acceptable substitute, i.e; refurbished “like new” component), but not provide installation service for defective parts. ADDinvent3D P.C. is not responsible for replacing parts broken during assembly.  The component must be deemed defective by ADDinvent3D P.C.

Assembled 3D Printers

All ADDinvent3D P.C. ‘s assembled 3d printers are sold as 3d printer kits charging an extra assembly. The same guarranties that apply to 3dprinter kits apply to assembled 3d printers. Additionally by buying an assembled 3d printer kit you get the best calibration and settings for that particular machine. All assenmbled 3d printer kits ship with a test object printed on the building platform(item may dislodge from the platform during shiping).

Disclaimer of Assembly and Operation

KITS:  If you order a 3D Printer kit, we cannot guarantee that you have the technical ability to assemble and calibrate the 3D Printer.  Your results may vary from others.  Therefore, ADDinvent3D P.C. does not guarantee the technical proficiency of it’s customers nor does ADDinvent3D P.C. guarantee a minimum quality of prints produced by kits assembled by the customer.  Should you purchase a kit and begin to assemble it, you will not be able to return that kit for refund.

ADDinvent3D P.C. does not offer phone support.

Warranty will not apply to:

  • costs relating to periodic maintenance, repair or replacement of parts for normal wear and tear.
  • mooving parts
  • exposed electronics
  • to complete machines originated from kits
